33cl, from De Bierloods Adegem, complex brew, yet easy to drink, balanced, clear, good head, nice brew

Bottle, 33 cl. (bought @ Van Uxeem) Almost clear darkgolden to amber color, with dark white head. Aroma malts, yeasts, bit spices. Medium body. Taste spice, fruity, some caramel, good malts, little sourness, and nice bitterness, dry end. I’m surprised but this is not a labelbeer. Good.

Bottle. Clear light to medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, light yeasty, moderate to light heavy toffee, butter, notes of vinegar - red or white wine vinegar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic (fruit and yeast) and moderate bitter (malt) with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (130308)

Bottle (from Bitter Virtue). Initial aroma is a bit like vomit tinged with iron bru. Thankfully this doesnt last long. Sweet and fruity with a little spice and zesty tartness keeps it drinkable. Despite the shaky start not bad.

Tast at Taverne Flandria in Veurne. Amberbeer with a light colored to white foam. Nose is malty, bready and touches of cinnamon and dry fruits. The taste is mildy to dry with some spices and abrkoos fruits. No outspoken hops in the end.

Good yellowish-dense head over very hazy amber beer with an olive shine, pretty carbonated. Very yeasty nose, bit of citrus and - cumin? Sweet with both a little sourish (citrussy) and a little bitterish edge. A bit spicey, difficult to say exactly what - coriander? Also a bit of peach flavour. Medium bodied, quite well-filled really, slick. In the aftertaste, strangely a bit oxydized. Pretty standard Bavikhove, nothing bad.
Labelbeer from...?

Hazy, orangey-amber with a big, white head. Sweet aroma with good spiciness and fruit. Flavour is sweet, slightly alcholic, with a great bitterness providing a dry, somewhat grassy finish. Good carbonation, medium body. Quite a nice Belgian blond ale, brewed for the "Procession of penitence" / ("Boetprocessie" in Dutch) every last Sunday of July in Veurne.

Beer with a nice orange color and with an airy ivory colored head. The aroma is light malty with faint touches of butter caramel, dried apricots, some candi sugar and some sweet spices. Also a faint hoppyness in the nose. Taste is slight drier than expected. It has a good carbonation and a nice lively mouthfeel. On the pallet there are hints is peach-pit, some nut-skin, malts, white bread and corn flowers. The afthertaste turns dry and ends with a flowery and slight hoppy finish.
