Sep 28, 2003 Dark yellow gold, big, uneven head. Malty and just a hint of vanilla aroma. thinnish palate, which is a surprise. enogh vanilla in the flavor to merit being called "Vannila Creme Ale", but not too over powering. maintains its beer integrity. Better than I was expecting.

Aug 10, 2003 This tasted like lemon juice with some vanilla extract added to it - def. one of the low points of visiting Nashville.

Dec 3, 2003 Slightly hazy straw-golden colour with a dense soapy white head. A lot of chunks floating throughout the beer-wierd! Aroma of vanilla with a sweet malt presence-no hops to speak of! Light-bodied; Super-carbonated; Sweet taste-resembling cream soda-not much else-a bit of malt. Aftertaste bittered from odd malt-not very pleasing. Overall, decent...but it was a nice treat from Tennessee! I got this twelve ounce bottle courtesy of Haddon90 from which he purchased at Publix in Old Hickory (Nashville), Tennessee. May 22, 2003 Bottle. A golden color with an off-white head. Lots of vanilla in the aroma and in the aftertaste. The initial flavor is tangy and malty, and the vanilla returns in the finish. These flavored beers often confuse me. If you love vanilla it can do no wrong, but for a beer it goes a little too far.

Mar 18, 2002 Wonderful scent. Very rich smell, like sniffing a homemade cream soda of some sort, very pleasant. Flavor is disappointing, as the intial cream flavor rapidly disappears to nothingness. No real hops or malts as a balance, just some cream hints and then nada.

Aug 20, 2003 Definetly some vanilla in it, but it's too weird. This brewery puts an awful lot of citrus in its beers. Bitter almost, like the tartness of a lambic.

Nov 9, 2003 Draught at the Beer Sellar in Nashville. Strong vanilla aroma. I really liked the aroma. Sweet taste, a little too sweet but enough to where I could handle it. Not much of a head, actually, probably none at all. But maintains enough to be a beer.
