| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 6, 2008 12 ounce bottle- poured out a clear light golden with a small white head. Aroma was standard lager. Like most Mexican beers I’ve tried, it was very thin on the palate. Taste features a floral sweetness that I did not particularly enjoy. Average. Smells skunky and spicy with a hint of floral piney hop in the flavor. Dry finish. Not a fan of this one. puboflyons (624), New Hampshire, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Jun 30, 2008 From a 12 fl. oz. bottle. Pours a rich, crystal clear golden color high in carbonation with a thin, white fizzy head. Aroma of malts and a little yeast. Medium mouth feel. Bolder than most Pilsners and very smooth. I enjoyed this a lot. It is one of the better Mexican beers I have tried. robforbes (1110), Bremerton, Washington, USA

Definitely figured that it was just another Mexican pale lager when I opened it, but was suprised by a rather malty body and crisp, spicy hop bitterness. Golden colored with a seak head, light aroma of grassy hops, light bodied, but not the super watery texture of its compatriots. Still not a great pilsener, but definitely respectable and surprising enough considering the brewer. Grovlam (3825), Copenhagen, Denmark
