5/16/08 from the bottle. This had almost no aroma. It is clear gold with no head. Flavor is tangy, almost lemony and is very dry; not too sweet for a Mexican brew. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a fairly strong carb bite. 9/20/08 From the bottle. Aroma is light pils malt forward with a slight noble background. Appearance is clear yellow with a low white head. Flavor is sour, somewhat caramel malty, with a medium metallic carbonic bittering. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a medium carb texture. Overall, easy drinking but too simple, and the malt flavor strength, while refreshing, is a little strange for the style.

Nice golden yellow color. Pours with a small amount of head. No aroma to speak of. Not a spectacular taste or palate to speak of either. Still, not too bad.

Bohemia (Mexico) is a pale yellow color with a nicely formed white head. The aroma is full of malt with mossy notes. The flavor is very earthy with a dry finish.

This is one of my favorite Mexican brews, its not incredibly exciting, but it tastes great nonetheless. Pours a bright golden colour with a medium sized head. Tastey, nice roasted malt character with a hint of caramel. Had this one in Mexico for the first time about 4 years ago, enjoyed it ever since.

A good Pils. Not super innovative or anything, but far better than pretty much any other widely available mexican lagers. I’d be happy to pick up another. Solid.

A clear yellow coloured beer. Small white head. Nice carbonation. Malty bit fruity (sweet) aroma. Full palate. Malty finish a bit sweet and herby. Nice one.

Pours a light gold with a fizzy white head. Light fruit and malt aroma. Similar flavor, with a sweet finish. Not a typical Mexican party beer, and definately not what I was expecting.

For some reason, I thought this was going to be a darker beer. Anyway, aside from the initial disappointment, the aroma was a bit skunky and bitter. The flavor was a little corn and bitter. A pretty boing beer... if I’m having Mexican food, it’s gotta be Negra Modelo. 12 oz. bottle.
