| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 15, 2008 Bottle. Pours a light gold with a quickly dissipating head. The aroma is mostly grass and malt. The flavor is some sweet malts, glue, grasses and straw and some bitterness. Not horrible. Just a OK pilsener. 17thfloor (1507), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jan 12, 2008 Dismal piss colored pour, very large bubbles and vague small white head. Smells like sour malt and grass. Sweet apples with a slight bitter finish, corn aftertaste. Hate those large carbonation bubbles. skortila (2913), Bunnik, Netherlands
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 6, 2008 Bottled. Aroma has some nice floral hoppiness. Not much else there. Had this one straight from the bottle in a Mexican restaurant in Amersfoort. Taste is slightly bitter with the nice floral hoppiness, with some citrus. More body than the average pilsener. I think it’s underrated. Heathen (810), Riverside, New Jersey, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 5, 2008 THOUGHTS: Not bad for a pilsener, but not really my cup of beer.
TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a clear, light yellow with a tiny white head that mostly diminished and left slight lacing. The aroma was light malt, moderate grassy and floral hops and moderate yeast. The initial flavor was lightly sweet, bitter and sour, while the finish was moderately sweet and moderately to heavily bitter and even more sour. The flavor was sweet malt then grassy hops. The light body was watery with lightly fizzy carbonation and a moderate astringent finish. jbuzz (661), South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Perfumed aroma with flashes of hops. Initial light taste of herbal hop bitterness followed by sweet malts and a bitter ending. Dry, smooth and rather tasty pilsener (16.12.2007). | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 16, 2007 Bottle. If it wasn’t for the poor aroma and appearance scores, Bohemia would have gotten a score from me well into the 3s. And, I acknowledge that those scores could have been adversely affected by the lime that was put into the opening of the bottle by the bartender and poor glassware/detergent, respectively. Nevertheless, Bohemia sort of blew me away with it’s distinct and considerable hop profile. The commercial description doesn’t lie; it is full bodied, rich and top quality for a pilsener. Clear gold body with some visible carbonation and a thin ring of head. No lace, but that could have been the restaurant’s glass cleaning technique/detergent. Recommended.
