Dec 16, 2007 Bottle. If it wasn’t for the poor aroma and appearance scores, Bohemia would have gotten a score from me well into the 3s. And, I acknowledge that those scores could have been adversely affected by the lime that was put into the opening of the bottle by the bartender and poor glassware/detergent, respectively. Nevertheless, Bohemia sort of blew me away with it’s distinct and considerable hop profile. The commercial description doesn’t lie; it is full bodied, rich and top quality for a pilsener. Clear gold body with some visible carbonation and a thin ring of head. No lace, but that could have been the restaurant’s glass cleaning technique/detergent. Recommended.

Dec 11, 2007 12oz bottle. Aroma is lime and macro grain. Gold with white head. Lime flavor with macro beer tastes. Palate is watery and lively. Could drink at pool side but not much use other wise.

Dec 11, 2007 Golden with a small head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt and the flavour has a light sweetness, light citrussy bitterness and floral notes. It’s neither among the worst nor the best. 2437

Nov 27, 2007 Bottle poured into dimpled mug. I actually found it about average and much better than most Mexican offerings. Pours a clear, light golden colour, no head and minimal lacing. Aroma was sweet malt and maybe apple? Flavour was nothing amazing but solid bittereness to finish. Improved a little as it warmed which you can’t say for most Mexican beers.

Nov 11, 2007 Bottled. Pours piss colored from a night of too much BMC drinking with a white head. Aroma is skunky crap. Flavor is very little with almost no offensive flavor. Watery and generic.

Nov 6, 2007 This beer is a fairly average lager. Poured a light yellow with a thick head. For me the grainy taste lingered much too long. Best really cold.

Nov 5, 2007 I dont care what you say this is not a pilsener, neither a Bohemian pilsner, more like a Vienna and a good one for sure. Pours a brown body, with a weak thin head, but great aroma, creamy smooth taste at first and awful at last,a bit like "mazapán" flavor, a mexican peanut and wheat candy in it.Im sure the hops are not mexican neither american. Good
