| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 5/5 | 4/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Aug 3, 2004 Very cool packaging. I had heard this was one of the better Mexican brews. Nope. Bland and somewhat metallic, this is Mexico’s answer to Michelob. Overpriced. AleDrinker (1090), Sunnyvale, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 25, 2004 Cool bottle, neat little foil wrap. Beer?.... Better than I was expecting. More body and flavor than most mexican lagers. Great with spicy mexican food on a hot summer night. Wiseblood (658), Clarksville, Tennessee, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Jul 21, 2004 Very light yellow color with a nice head complemented with good carbonation. Lots of hop aroma with some light toasty malts, but mostly just an earthy hops character with a slight grassy edge. Firm malt flavor with a fairly aggressive hops flavor. Full flavor with a light body. One of the better Mexican brews.

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 14, 2004 Pours a nice gold color. Seems to have a little better quality than many Mexican made lagers. Has aroma of malt? The taste is slightly metallic, but refreshing. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jul 13, 2004 Pours gold with aroma of malt, slight hops. Tastes bland, with some malty flavor at the finish. Better than BMC swill, but not a good beer by my standards. Aggie80 (709), Michigan, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 11, 2004 Golden color with a little head and not much lacing. Served with good Mexican foot it is a reasonable enough, but there are better ones. Flavors were pretty weak all the way around, not one I will buy again.
