Yikes! Bohemia is for Bohemians who have not a very good selection or not very good taste in beer. Yuck - this one was almost as bad as the Red Brick Lager and I almost thought I detected hemp in its bitter hoppy aftertaste. Don't expect me to get this again.

A little hop presence, straw aroma, golden hue. One of the better Mexican pils.

Kind of boring like most other Mexican beers, but not near as boring as American major labels. A light, well carbonated beer that goes well with beef and chicken. I'm sure this would also taste good on the beach in Cancun.

A pretty decent banquet beer. Great for washing down fajitas. Not too exciting, but good nonetheless.

Bottle (sampled: Chichen Itza, Mexico 20.2.04)
Pale yellow color, almost no head. Hoppy aroma and taste. Hoppy-bitter finish. Maybe the best of the Mexican major labels.

Pale fizzy straw colored, a little head that dissipated very quickly, no lacing. Aroma is metallic but has a crisp malt body and a touch of extract hops. The flavor is thin and bland but the malts are a little more present in this interpretation of Pilsener than others. Only acceptable to drink this in a Mexican Restaurant or a Mexican Beach.

A typical Mexican brew from Interbrew, I don't know why they make so many beers because they all taste the same.

Pastuerised Bottle. 4.8% ABV Watery lager with some malt flavour and some corn flavour and some mild hops and some salt.
