This is pretty good. Smells good, big head, very creamy. Flavor is light but drinkable, and this may be my new favorite mass Mexican beer. Had in the airport in Mexico City.

If you ever find yourself in Oaxaca on a 90+ degree day and you don’t want any of the crappy beers like Tecate, Corona or Sol do yourself a favor and get this beer. Maltier, roastier and richer than any mass produced beer I’ve had in Mexico. A very nice effort from a major Mexican brewery. Remember to order the Obscura, not the Clara!

This is definitly the best mexican comercial beer. Sweet aroma and very light flavor, but a nice, creamy one.

A nice change from all the clear beers down here. The first sip is a shock by comparison. After that it tastes like a malty sweet coke. Lots of caramel and sweetness. Still better than the clear beers.

Good aroma and good taste before drinking it, after it is just a partially incipit beer with some malty features.

Appearance: dark copper color. Medium and rocky head with beige color. Aroma: caramel malts, sugar and ripe-fruits smells. Flavor: caramel malts start. Reminiscences of sugar, vanilla, dried-peaches and candy-oranges. Light dry final and not persistent. Intensive and lasting caramel and toast aftertaste. Some light metallic touch. Palate: medium body with semi-oily texture. Medium carbonated. Some unbalanced sweetness.

Better than regular Bohemia , pours a deep brown body with a surprisinly white head considering the beer main tone, which is stands until the last drop (or at least 20 minutes myself), the flavour remiscent of a Vienna, the best from Mexico that i had so far, caramel malts, average carbonation, nice palate.I recommend it.
