| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jun 5, 2005 Brought this one back from Brazil to try, glad to see I’m the first! Pale, hazy yellow, decent head. Aroma of lemons, wheat, and faint clove spice. Lemon is predominant. Slightly thin mouthfeel, flavor matches the aroma. As it warms, the lemon notes fade into the background, replaced by an indisctinct clove spice. There is also the faint suggestion of adjuncts with the malt, which would explain the thin body. Overall though, this is a decent beer, particularly by Brazil standards. ghawener (983), San Salvador, El Salvador
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 12, 2006 Bottle: Golden colour with a cloudy, hazy body; head is medium. Aroma is sweet or fruits and spices. The taste is refreshing true to its style with a well-balanced wheat presence, traces of dough, banana and citrus. With your eyes closed you wouldn’t guess it’s from Brazil. CheersMate1 (866), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 27, 2009 My brother picked this up for me in Brazil. YES! Transparent haze lemon yellow. Nice fluffy head. Seems to pour on the thin side, but oh well. Average looking hefe. The aroma isn’t extremely pungent, but pungent enough to catch a good whiff. Yeast, clove, and banana are all noticeable. A fairly nuanced beer. Um, the flavor is a bit interesting. A short lived yeast flavor. The banana and clove really don’t make the impression that I was hoping they would make. Flavor can almost make you think there are some sour parts to this, I just think this is due to the heavy yeast flavor. Slight banana flavor, but the yeast just dominates. A slight fruitiness, but overall, not an exceptional hefe, but I was happy to try. Not a creamy beer, but oh well. Russo (617), Campinas, Brazil

Very nice weiss beer made in Brazil, the aroma is good and fruity, like Erdinger, but the coloration is a liottle bit more clear, like between golden and yellow. The fruity flavor and a little bitterness at finish. Well, will be party of my refrigerator now, 1/3 of Erdinger price. :)

Levemente frutada e floral, tanto no aroma quanto no sabor. Boa espuma e boa carbonatação. Retrogosto suave. Sugestão de banana. Doce, mas fraca. Equilibrada. Em geral, boa cerveja. Fruity and lightly floral, as much in the aroma how much in the palate. Good cream and good carbonation. Soft aftertaste. 2008 - Aroma e sabor fracos. Aguada. Presença, porém, de sugestão de malte e trigo. Corpo médio/fraco. Final fraco e algo metálico.

Massive aroma of lemon citrus, musty yeast, banana, clove and bread. Flavor much the same though not as intense, dominated by citrus and clove with some musty yeast. Medium palate. A fine hefe from Brazil?? Believe it -- this stuff is better than some popular German versions.
