Pours a deep, slightly hazy orange with a small, white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a little vinegary with hot peppers so sort of like Tabasco. The citrus Chinook notes get overwhelmed here. Taste is nowhere near as spicy as the last chipotle cask. Here instead of being undrinkable, it adds a nice kick to an already powerful hop bite. A vast improvement over the last chipotle cask so hopefully they keep experimenting and eventually get some awesome. yayforbeer (647), Orange Park, Florida, USA

The regular lineup Chinook IPA with Chipotle peppers added in the brew. Dark golden Beer with medium white head. Strong aroma of Chipotle and hops. Flavor is the same with pronounced smoky chipotle, and then the chinook hops coming through with a bit of malt sweetness. Unlike some pepper beers I have had, this one had all of the flavor but very little of the heat from the peppers, which I consider well done. I couldn’t drink this in quantity, but it was an interesting and flavorful novelty beer.
