Pint on tap at the brewery tap room. Pours clear yellow with a medium white head. Fresh aroma of pale malts, cereal, bread, lemon. Flavor is a bit raw with cereal grain at the first sip but quickly smoothes out to an enjoyable and refreshing session brew. Light to medium body does not feel watery. An easy drinking cream ale for quaffing. Not great but does OK for what it is.

Nov 26, 2009 on tap-pours a white head and slightly hazy yellow color. Aroma is sweet light grain, musty. Taste is sweet light grain, musty, slight spice hops, cream.

Sep 1, 2009 On tap at Bold City. It poured clear gold with white head and some sheet lacing. The aroma is full of grainy goodness, some light malts and a touch of floral hops. Wow, full on grainy flavors start this thing out followed by some sweet malts running around in the background. I also get a thin layer of floral hops hovering overhead sort of here and there, ...see. It ends dry. Nice stuff.

Aroma is hoppy with some light hints of fruits.
Flavor, grassy hops, thick, creamy mouthfeel with hints of fruits. Some light malts come balance it out.
Very one dimensional.

Jul 12, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale yellow with a thin white head- similar to a pale lager. Leaves little to no lacing. Aroma is skunky, cereal grain, lemongrass, malted wheat. Taste is fairly simplistic: lemon, cereal grain, wheat, sourdough bread. Watery body. Very effervescent on the palate. Not very impressive.

Jun 17, 2009 Tons of grain and bread in the nose. Pours a clear yellow with a thin white head. Flavors are more grain and bread with a little lemon. Pretty standard cream ale and true to the style, but it isn’t bad. Light and refreshing.

Jun 13, 2009 Lightly phenolic and a bit wheaty almost in the nose. Very bready flavors through the middle leading to an empty finish. Golden color.
