On tap at the brewpub. Pours a muddy brown. Ultra cloudy. Vinegary aroma. Sour cherries are muted in the aroma. Taste is a bit sour but mostly big chinook bitterness. Adds a good bit of refinement to the normal Chinook IPA offering. But if this was given to me in a blind tasting I would put it as a hoppy, unfiltered double red ale. It is a far cry from the IPA style.
