Courtesy of Fonefan. It is warm golden with a huge, nice, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of yeast, perfumed soap and malt. The flavour has sweetness and notes of coriander, yeast, malt, citrus and other fruits, and it ends spicy, sweet and slightly dry.

Towering yellowish tinted head over clear golden beer; end of bottle yeasthaze. Vegetable nose, beets, green fruit, perfumed, gliding into sweet malts. Dull sweet flavour, with a slight but present spicy bitterness, faintly herbal as well. Warming up, faint reminiscences of DMS. Rather spritzy MF, bit overcarbonated, light body, rather slick. Dull. As befitting the "fair trade", IMHO.

Bottled. Slightly hazy yellow colour, big creamy white head, lacing. Aroma is big time soap, some fruits and a bit malts. Flavour is slight alcohol, some spices and hay. Not very exciting. Dry finish.

New year’s day, Snuffel Hostel, Bruges. Deep amber pour with a snowy white head. Faintly woody herbal snout. Quite a creamy palate with some lacework. Refreshing strawberryish fruitiness, but an unconvincing bitter aftertaste. Lacks presence for the ABV, but better than the bruin.
