Bottled. A left over from the Low Countries Gathering. A dark brown coloured beer with no head. The aroma is sweet and boozy with some chocolate notes and sugar. The taste is also sweet with candy sugar notes. Very dubbelish really just with a sugary sweetness. Nice length. Actually a refined beer.

Bottle. Dark brown colour with a slim beige head. Fruity and malty aroma. Tastes malty, caramel, cola, light bitterness. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. OK.

Unfiltered dark colour. Small disappearing beige head. Aroma of soap, fruit, chewing gum, light malt, spices. Very strong spicy initial flavour, bitter, spicied and long hoppy finish.

33 cl bottle ’bbe’ Dec 07. Samentrekkend, alcoholisch mondgevoel.

brewed with rice, quinoa and cane sugar - hazy dark brown colour with a little beige foam; aroma of matured fruits (banana and lychees), caramel and some undefined spices; sweet, tart and very carbonated which makes it difficult to drink but does not hide the unclean, unregular malt body; very short and dry bitter spicy finish - harsh; not really a fair trade to me

Dark amber color; nice head. Quite nice malty aroma. It tastes really like a homebrew stuff, with too much yeast impression; there is also a lot of caramel, it’s pretty dry. At the end the alcohol burns too much the tongue; the bitterness is high.
