The aroma is of flowers, lavender, and sugar. The flavor is of sugar and yet sour - but the sourness tastes more like the beer is too old, than that it has been wildfermented - weird. I’d say this was too old. Papsoe (15135), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 16, 2005 (Bottle 25 cl) Light brown, no head to speak of. A lot less sweet than other Faros I’ve had. This has a very pronounced, underlying lambic-sourness. Spicy with some citrus, but also apple-notes - and a sophisticated vinegary touch. But actually very balanced and quenching. Stronger than a typical Faro - Frank boon also calls this a "Dubbele Faro". 091197 yespr (12429), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 10, 2007 Bottle, 5%. Sweet, acidic and vinous aroma with some fruit/berries. Dark amber colour, seems clear. Sparkling. Small white head. The flavour is citric and slightly sweet. Moldy with a rough, old tasting bitterness. Thin mouthfeel. Not too pleasant at first, but it gains a little after a while. oh6gdx (9115), Vasa, Finland
