2000 - Red brown hazy body, off white beautiful head; Very framboisen like nose with a very little kriek (?) behind, sweet, huge, the age has gotten it with a little dust; Big carbonation, super sweet body, only very, very little acidity; Medium long dusty dry finish, some framboisen and quite a bit of brown sugar.

2004 bottle. This red/brown lambic ale poured with a pinkish head. The flavor was initially sweet with a bit of carbonation, but turned to a tart finish. The raspberry flavor is well integrated.

2000 Vintage Poured a dark pink-brown color with a large off-white head that had a hint of pink. The aroma had a nice mix of berries and leather. The aroma was sweet and tart. The flavor was lightly sweet but short turning to tartness with raspberries. The finish was dry.

Vintage 2000. Hazy red brown beer. Spicy aroma with notes of leafs and monstrous amounts of raspberries. Raspberry flavour with some sweetness and dry finish.
