Vintage 2000. Hazy red brown beer. Spicy aroma with notes of leafs and monstrous amounts of raspberries. Raspberry flavour with some sweetness and dry finish.

Bottle. Vintage 2004. Redish-orange color with a thin white head. Aroma is very strong and loaded with raspberry, raspberry seeds, vanilla, wood and some funky sourness. Amazing flavor, tons of raspberries. Balanced with a slightly sour, funkiness and caramel malt backbone. Sweet and sour at the same time. Lighter body with an almost creamy texture and a dry finish.

Vintage 2004, bottle from Luvians, St Andrews. Pours dark pink-cerise colour, thin white head. Complex nose, raspberry (obviously), sherbert, oak, pugent tanginess. Initially in the mouth, tart, tangy, then wow, fruit, lots of that raspberry, reminds me of Marks and Spencer Panna Cotta (that’ll only mean something to UK folk). Cream, double creamy raspberry. Palate is slightly too carbonated, sweet finish, but some tanginess still hinting away. Excellent.

Bottle shared by Matt, not sure if the heaved after this one or not. Brown with a hint of purple on the edges. Small dense off-white head. Raspberries with a noble mold aroma along with, mace, caskwood, light acid and iron. Now this is a lambic, lots of fruit with a full tart initial quiver. Nicely balanced and refreshing.

[2000 Bottle from Delirium Cafe, Gothenburg] Nose of Horseblanket, both over-ripened and fresh raspberrys, sweet upfront, tart and light. Less smelly than I had expected.

Pre-GTMW tasting @ 1FastSTi’s place. 2000 vintage. Brown with reddish tint and a pinkish head. The aroma is fresh raspberries, horsey and light cheese. The flavor is lightly sweet, tart raspberries and cheese. The mouthfeel is light and lively.

2000 vintage (6-yr). Ambery pink clear body. Pinkish white head. Acidic raspberry, moldy cheese. Mmm… delicious sweet, delicious sour, raspberry, spiderwebs, dry cheese. MMm...
