Very effervescent. Pours nice light pink head that has lots of bubbles in it. Excellent aroma with a "gentle" smell of raspberries. Not that candy smell you get from others. Flavor is very tart. Reminds me of being very close to a raspberry wine laced with the noticeable sourness of Belgian bugs present. Clean tartness lingers on the pallate, even a minute or two after taking a taste.

In short: Liquefied breakfast raspberry jam, nothing more, nothing less.
How: Bottle, 375ml. Bottle is about 1 year old (2005 crop, aged two years before being released)
The look: Cloudy dark red body with some particles and a short-lived pink head
In long: Nose is pleasantly raspberries. Taste is more like grocery store raspberry jam. Two sweet for the style with hints of brown sugar. Almost no tartness, no acidity, no sourness. This really is liquefied commercial raspberry jam. Too pricy and just not thick enough to spread over my breakfast toasts. Plus what kind of drunk would put alcoholised jam on his breakfast toasts anyway? And the flavour just would sit well with my two daily breakfast stouts.

really good, wish i had of picked up more. kinda purple pink color, nice pink head. Nose is raspberry obviously, some definate musky lambic scents too. flavor is rasberry again but great tart lambic flavors keeping any sweetness there but in proper check, some woody notes as well really good.

bottle:pours extremely carbonated with a quick lively white head. atop a clear cherry red colour. aroma is a good tart fresh raspberry with some sugary malts to go along with the fruit. flavour is very light and nice the taste of fresh raspberries some sweet sugar, not to much sour but extremely drinkable, almost like drinking fruit tea. finishes lite and spritzy. not to bad.

37,5cl bottle. Pours hazy red with a fine lasting & creamy pink head. Very fruity & a bit sweet sugary aroma. Taste is more balanced - very nice , dry & sour rasperry. Very fresh & pleasant!

(Bottle 2006 harvest, Akkurat, Stockholm, 23 May 2008) Deep red colour with frothy, pink head. Fruity nose with wild raspberries, almost creamy. Fruity taste with a distinct raspberry flavour. Nicely balanced sweetness, hints of tartness, not very harsh. Very nice fruit character.

pours a murky purplish red, smells tart with raspberries aplenty, this has a nice tang to it, with plenty of fruit flavor, finishes sour, dry and a little bitter overall nice flavor.
