Bottled(375ml). -Deep red coloured, medium sized head that lasts not more than 3 seconds. Sweet raspberry nose. Very fizzy. Strong sour raspberry aroma with obvious sugar presence. Moderate sour finish and not so pleasant metallic aftertaste. 2005vintage

This Framboise is based on the oude gueuze. Much to my surprise, it turned out less sour than expected. The beer shows a nice pearly head which disappears rather fast. When I tasted it, it showed some sourness with a dry aftertaste. A good beer, but not exceptional.

12 oz. bottle dated 01-09-2008 served in a Lindemans glass. Rose-tea in color with a tiny amount of lace that quickly disseminates. Nose of sweet raspberries and a smidge of sour funk. Starts sharply tart, then sour effervescent horsiness envelops the tongue, followed by a surprisingly dry, lingering sour finish with a touch of astringency.

0,375 l bottle, vintage 2003. Red color with dull pink head. Sweet and acidic aroma. Strong parfumy and rosy aroma of raspberry and strawberry. Some distant earthy and leathery lambic notes in the background. Sweet and acidic flavor with quite heavy, bitter and funky aftertaste reminding bitter tonics. Great balance between sweetness, sourness, funk and fruit.

Reddish brown with a light, pink head. Sour aroma with rasberry and sweetness. Flavour is sour, fresh, sweet and full of berries (rasberries).

Bottle (Vintage 2003). Hazy reddish color with a nice light red creamy head. Lots of berrys in aroma and taste. Quite sweet, fresh and a bit dry.

Rasberry syrup meets Rolling Rock. This isn’t beer...this is torture. Glad I didn’t pay for this one!
