Much to my surprise, it turned out less sour than expected. The beer shows a nice pearly head which disappears rather fast. When I tasted it, it showed some sourness with a dry aftertaste. A good beer, but not exceptional. Sombeast (151), Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Rose-tea in color with a tiny amount of lace that quickly disseminates. Nose of sweet raspberries and a smidge of sour funk. Starts sharply tart, then sour effervescent horsiness envelops the tongue, followed by a surprisingly dry, lingering sour finish with a touch of astringency. Miksu (2231), Jyväskylä, Finland

Strong parfumy and rosy aroma of raspberry and strawberry. Some distant earthy and leathery lambic notes in the background. Sweet and acidic flavor with quite heavy, bitter and funky aftertaste reminding bitter tonics. Great balance between sweetness, sourness, funk and fruit.
