Jul 10, 2005 Definitely smell the rasberries. Reddish color. Taste is tart, sweet rasberry. Not too sweet like most framboise made from syrups, this is made with real fruit and aged in oak. Can get it at Redlight Redlight in Winter Park.

Jun 22, 2005 Caged and corked bottle, as shown: Pinkish/red with a small white quickly dissapating head. Aroma is of strong raspberries on top of subtle malt. Flavor is tart raspberries which get syrupy towards the finish.

Jun 22, 2005 Ruby amber red with a decent, short lived head. Aroma is funky raspberries with some eartiness. Taste is dry to start and picks up a bit with the tart berries. Finish is clean and this stuff is very drinkable. Thanks Brad for sharing this bottle.

Jun 9, 2005 bottled in 2002. raspberries dominate this beer in aroma and taste. its also sweet for a lambic, though there are earthy, cobwebby notes. more lambic taste near the end. finish is fabulous: acidic, earthy and "old" taste with lingering raspberries. mouthwatering beer. looks beautiful red with a thin pink head. good fruit-lambic.

Unclear red colored with a fluffy white/red head. Dominating raspberry aroma, sweet with a sour tone. Biding raspberry flavor, some sourness, but not tart as many other lambics. Very fruity with lemon notes. A good beginner lambic.

Jun 3, 2005 From a corked 12oz bottle.
Pours a hazy brown with tinges of ruby. Thick frothy pinkish head that fades a bit but is persistent. Some lace. Smell is lightly sour, yeasty and tart raspberry.
Taste is tartup front, hints of funky sourness. The sourness really builds as it warms. The funkiness grows too. There’s some light sweetness but not much. Most everything is overwhelmed by the tart raspberry flavor. Lightly bitter and spicy in the finish, gingery. The mouth is a little thin but does not detract from the enjoyment. Tasty and tart, very easy to drink for the style. All in all a nice surprise and one I would not hesitate to pick up again.

Bottle, 6.2%, 7 years old, at ÅBF08. Good citric aroma. Hazy red colour, small pink head. The flavour is nicely citric with a medium raspberry note. Sweet but with a very dry finish. 8 3 8 3 18

May 24, 2005 Bottled vintage 2002. Pours a dark pink, with a small pinkish/white head. Aroma is intese raspberries, with some tartness. Taste is rather sour, but still with a litle sweetness from the fruit. The raspberries Does dominate the taste, but there are some funky brett there too. This is a rather nice Framboise
