Bottled. Hazy, burnt red color with just a whisp of an off-white head. Sugary, fruit juice like aroma. Sweet raspberry taste. To tell the truth, this is pretty good as a drink but not so good for the style.

Bottled. Vintage 2002. Hazy, chocolatebrown, no head. Fine sweetness with a lot of berries in the aroma. A bit sourish flavour but still rather sweet. Loads of raspeberries.

2002 bottle poured a nice ruby color with small fizzy head. Sweet raspberry aroma and flavor with just a bit of tart on the finish. This was good stuff.

2002 vintage bottle. Aroma was of fermented fruit. Dark amber to light brown color with the customary fizzy fruit beer white head. Had raspberry fruit sweet flavor with dry aftertaste of a wine on the palate. Good lambic.

My first lambic rating. Aroma is of rasberry and apple cider. Pours reddish amber, with small fizzy head, mostly diminishing. First sips are powerfully sour then successive become somewhat sweeter. Aftertaste is acidic and lasting. Initailly I would consider these love it or leave it, but it kind of grows on me. I’m sure there are better and I will see.

Reddish amber in colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is storngly rapsberry with some lactic tartness. Taste is initially sour rapsberry then a citric sourness with a bit of barnyartd funkiness. Pretty good, the most guezey fruit lambic I’ve had.

33cl bottle. Allright. Quite sour instead of so sweet as their kreik. But besides a sour rasberry flavor, not much. Not overly sweet like a lot of lambics, there it excells, but nothing special.
