dark red-amber, little bit of carbonation. smells like stale raspberries, some leather. tastes like tart raspberries with dusty musty finish. not as sweet as lindeman’s but not quite a hardcore lambic. interesting at least....

Bottle: Poured a deep red colored beer with a medium head with average retention for a lambic. Aroma is comprised solely of raspberry. Taste is also dominated by raspberry with a little tart and sour ending. This one is a guilty pleasure for me since I know it taste more like fresh raspberry juice then beer but I like it nonetheless. Very refreshing, I could drink a lot of this.

Very sweet raspberry aroma, quite nice. Deep red body with a small tan head. Good sourness, with a nice element of raspberries.

tart rasberry aroma, transluscent blood red, grassy and slightly woody over a rasberry backbone with minimal tartness, I generally look for lip puckering sourness in a good lambic and this one didn’t quite stack up

Again the same with this one, not too tart, and not too sweet, very nicely balanced between really rich fruit flavors and nice mellow tart bite that has some great acidity.

clear brick red color an very bubbly, this lambic has a nicely balanced flavor. Not too tart, but the flavor is on the tart side. Quite tasty

Bottle bought in Belgium. 375ml, corked, served in a Cantillon glass (close enough). Pleasent fruit lambic that isn’t sweet, has the right ammount of tartness, but isn’t overly sour, dry or acidic like Cantillon can become.

Brownish cranberry color body with low carbonation and a thin, short-lived head. Contains a few ugly chunks of sediment plus lots of finer particulates. Aroma of well-ripened raspberries, a hint of chocolate, and noticeable microbial funkiness. Flavor is less tart than anticipated, but interesting. Mature, subdued quality (to be fair, this bottle spent considerable time sitting on a shelf). Some noticeable oxidation but not overly detracting. Not an elite lambic, but decent.
