A grapefruit rouge color with an off-white to pink colored foamy head. A pleasant raspberry aroma and flavor, sweet and easy to drink with only a mild sourness (more like tart fruit flavors). It lakes a challenging quality that I like to find in lambics. dolemike1 (1129), Jeannette, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Aug 16, 2004 Deep cloudy purplish brown with a moderate white head, aroma of wet hay, sourness, and some raspberry. Flavor is an excellent mixture of sourness and the sweetness of the raspberry. Delicious. Probably my favorite lambic at the time. rickgordon (3318), Göteborg, Sweden

Red-ish colour. Sugary flavour along with quiet rasperry notes. A modest lambic. Uriel (144), San Jose, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 7, 2004 Starts with a nice head, a light pinkish color which dissipated in a hurry. The beer itself is more brown than I’ve seen in some other lambics. Grassy notes in the nose, along with the sourness expected. Sour is the predominant taste initially, though the raspberry is also prevalent. Doesn’t leave much lingering taste. Walt (2289), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 29, 2004 Thin head, reddish brown color...I think the "barnyard funkiness" reminds me of raw oats...then raspberry...very acidic and it did bother my acid reflux quite a bit. Then definate raspberry...I didn’t know what to make of everyone’s mustard comments, but OMG it does have a mustard quality...maybe more vinegar than horseradish though. Not too bad... | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 20, 2004 Ruby, creamy head and spotty lacing. It’s got the sour barnyard funkiness in the nose. Raspberries. Thanks to JagerQueen, aside from the raspberries and funk, all I’m tasting is mustard! JagerQueen (123), Shoreline, Washington, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 20, 2004 Pours a light reddish pink color, a little purple in hue. Light pink lacing and head. Aroma is musky, very raspberry and the slight mustardy sense that joins the framboise. Taste is very sweet, a little tart, sharp, musky, raspberries and vanilla. Pretty typical for a good framboise, better as it warms. Dough77 (777), Aurora, Illinois, USA
