Bottle from PP bottle shop. Clear red amber color. Nice raspberry aroma with a little funk. Sweet, but not as sweet as Lindemans. Very good. Light sourness. Easy to drink.

375mL cork&wire, BB 25/08/2008, which makes this almost 3.5 years old. Which makes sense cause I picked it up in a bargain bin in some random liquor store in Minneapolis (score). I pop the cork and the beer foams out super slow, just inches a bit, eventually looks like a finger sticking out of the bottle. Poured into a white wine glass with a fast fading head and a reddish, burnt caramel color. Aroma is still full of raspberries with a good amount of old maltiness, musty and musky malts represent the age. There is a very faint fruit vinegar aspect representing the actual lambic. Taste is aged fruit with light sweet cherry and a bit of raspberry. Its fun to try out this kind of thing with age, should be consumed fresh. 7/4/7/3/15

375mL cork&wire, BB 04/08/2009, just short of 3 years old. Very different experience, barely a pop, no head. Aroma is very sweet with some light oak (wood) coming through and a little bit of barnyard, very little. Flavor is very sweet, just some musky and a bit of a tartness all the way at the end of the flavor, that is as far as the lambic part goes. Wow, just so different then the other bottle. 7/3/6/3/14

Dark red in color with a pink disappearing head. Strong fruity rasberry notes in the aroma. Mainly sweet flavor that i found a little bit cloying, with some medium tart notes. Not as refreshing as the parfait, but still very good.

A pretty simple and straightforward raspberry lambic, a bit more lively and sweeter than I expected. Fruit background with some sourness. Not bad.

Pours a clear ruby red with a thin pink head. The aroma is raspberries, as well as plenty of lambic funkiness/fishiness. The flavor is sweet with fresh berries, along with sour acidic fermentation. A really great lambic and just what I expected. Champagne mouthfeel.

Bottle, Ale Cellar, Darlington. Poured a dark red colour with a medium pinkish head. Big raspberry aroma which continued in to the flavour which started sweet then kicked in to a sourness which had a wonderful balance to it. Supremely tasty.

Pours cloudy red with rich white head. Aroma is mustard and raspberry sweetness. Mouthfeel is like champagne. Flavor is raspberry with a bit of sour to keep the fruit from being intolerable. Very good stuff.
