Red color clearish with a nice head that has a light pink color. Smell is fresh raspberries, sweet, and just a touch of tartness. Taste is raspberries, sweet, and tartness with a nice dry finish.

Raspberry red color with instantly canishing, soda-like head. Sweet raspberry and cherry, sour aroma. Sour and slightly acidic raspberry flavor. Aftertaste is slightly sweetier. Medium-bodied and fizzy carbonated palate.

Damn fine framboise. Nice lambic backbone and plenty of raspberry flavors. A little more tart and less sweet as Lindemans.

2008-09-12. Murky red-brown body, smallish beige head fades. (3+) Fruity aroma with tart light raspberry character, vinous notes, generic fruit, hints of cherries. Flavour is likewise, tart raspberry undertones, vinous vegetation notes. Average plus palate is lightly carbonated. Decent, pleasantly fruity. 2005 Vintage bottle, picked up on our Alberta trip I think.

Poured a reddish color with a big pinkish head that dissipated pretty quickly. Aroma was of sweet raspberries. Flavor was also dominated by the taste of raspberries. Has a bit of sourness to it. Mouthfeel is very light, had kind of a wine feel to it. A nice beer that is probably to sweet to have more than one.

Pours a reddish brown, with some haze and pink tinged offwhite head. The nose is sharp with raspberry even more than the lambicness. Not sweet, definitely dry. Something a little herbal and maybe the slightest slightest hint of ginger? The mouthfeel is lighter and not so full, but a bit creamy. Wow, this had some sugar hidden in it didnt it? Rather sweet with raspberries, vivid and fresh. A bit creamy. Some fruity acidity, but the lambic acidity is incredibly subdued, and maybe absent? Really not lambic. Perhaps a hint of oaky vanilla and light tannins. Lingering raspberry overwhelms. Still a nice aperitif.

Reddish color and this pour had a big head. Aromas of berries, sugar and flavor is the same. A bit too sweet. whre is the tartness that it needs? Easy to drink? Yes? A whole bottle? Nope.

Hazy orange with a low head. Sweet raspberry aroma with further notes of basement, wood and cask. Invitating and just plain out thirst provoking! And the flavour fullfill my greatest dream of a perfect beer: It begins sweet like raspbeery juice but then devolps into acid and a bit sour notes with basement, mold and wild yeast playing in the background. It’s is neither complex nor extremely sour/acid, but then again, does a well rounded fruit lambic need to be almost undrinkable to be great?
