Pours a ruby color with a pink head. Aroma is of raspberry, sourness, oak, and some wild aromas. Tart flavor with some oak, wool, raspberry, and some yeast. Not too bad but not my favorite framboise.

375 ml Bottle (Õllesummer 2008, Tallinn) - Pink/red in colour with a small but foamy head. Slightly tart and sweet aroma with the raspberries being noticeable. The taste is fairly sweet but has a pleasant tart element. The raspberries are very noticeable in the taste and it is rather sweet at first and becoming more tart in the finishl. Not bad.

Bottle consumed at Pizza Port bottle shop in Carlsbad. Sweet flavors of rasberries. Some bitterness and a little sour too. Pretty good.

Bottle from Total Wine. Pours a spritzy fingernail of dirty-maroonish head that reduces to a band of bubbles over a hazily, red/amber, bubble-rocketing body. The aroma of this beer is deliciously sour and reminiscent of vinous red fruits. Flavors are tart and sweet with raspberries coming through nicely and not overbearingly. Hints of wood, twigs, and grass as well. Light body and a high, champagne-like carbonation. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

BB June 2011. Mild haziness to a medium dark plum red body. Nose is bright, musty sugared raspberry, still retaining the true meat and pulp character of the fruit, along with a small note of plain yogurt. Moderate to light acidity, light prickliness, and a greenish flavor of stewed raspberries with some dull wood and caramelized berries. Has some flaws for sure but overall it’s drinkable and easy to enjoy.

Appearance: Brownish red. Cloudy. Basically no head. Aroma: Raspberry, tort? Sour. Maybe flowery. Taste: Raspberry, but not overload. Pretty sour, quenching. Info: 375ml bottle, 4/12-2006, 118/500

Bottle: Hazy red pour with an off white/pinkish head. Smells of musty raspberry preserves, cranberry juice, oak, paper and other oxidized notes. Crisp, light body. Flavor has a cleansing tartness and raspberry preserves. Natural raspberry flavor along with a brief note of wild fermentation (a brief mild acidity). Musty notes of damp basement. A simple/sweet example of the style. Serves as an aperitif, and doesn’t stand to the complexity of the hardcore Fruit-Lambics.

Bottle. Pours pink with a medium pink head. Aroma is raspberry and acid. Flavour is the same. Its very pleasant and I guess this would be even better cellared for a couple of years.
