37.5cl corked bottle. Pours a dark burgundy color with a very light pink head that did not stay. Strong aroma of raspberries. Flavors of sour raspberries and some oaks, some apples. Little carbonation and little dry ending. Rich taste but very light and easy to drink with some sweetness.

Poured from 37.5cl bottle into a Tumbler glass. A cloudy dark red body with a bubbly pink head that dissipates to a very stable collar of foam. Nose is strong raspberries, creamy vanilla and subdued Brett yeasts. Palate is light bodied with a lively mouthfeel and strong flavours of sweet raspberries before finishing with a gentle lambic lemony sourness. Aftertaste is a return to syrupy sweetness. A good "beginners" example of the style without the horrible artificial sweetness of the more commercial fruit lambics.

From bottle at ’t Brugs Beertje. Nice raspberry aroma to this with a bit of acetic acid character. Fruity and tart nose, with a hint of sweetness, mainly sour. Dark ruby red clear with lacing pink head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. starts with nice raspberry sweet flavor with underlying acidic tang. Not as vinegary as nose suggests but its nowhere as sweet as Lindemans. A bit watery in flavor but nicely balanced. Good fruit lambic but not as complex as Cantillon.

It smells like carbonated cranberry juice with beer added into it. A dark red with some head and particulates. The fruit taste is not too overpowering and the palate reminds me of ginger ale and cranberry juice, or something like that. Its a bit too crazy, not really a beer, more like a carbonated fruit beverage with alcohal.

Pours Red with a tall pink head. Smells like Rasberry juice. Very sour, low carbonation and a sour aftertaste. I don’t like it.

bottle- pours red-wine color with small, pink, diminishing head. The aroma is rasberry with a tiny hint of tart apple. The taste is yeasty, with rasberry and tannin notes, reminds me of an Italian fragolino wine. Lighlty sour finish.

2008 Bottle. Aroma of raspberries (obviously). Sourness dominates the flavor. A decent lambic but nothing more.

330mL Bottle. Best by 13.02.2011 (a 2006?) Flickr(http://www.flickr.com/photos/26049401@N0 An interesting mix of cooked and fresh raspberries jams up the nostrils. A pungent touch of cheesy funk meets with pastry dough. Very soft and inviting. A bit of spiciness on the back draw. Pours a dingy red-tinted brown, with a well lacing rose foam. Flavor moves from light wheatiness towards a jam-like berry character and then a strong finish in black raspberry coulee. Some alcohols alight in the nostrils, bringing bramble leaves, oak, and cobwebs. I find this a touch watery, thin, and cellar musty. Not the densest, most potent fruit lambic. Body could use some improvement.
