Straight from the barrel at Boon during the Toer de Geuze. Milky, cloudy apple juice appearance, looks like a tasty fruit juice. Mellow almost none existent nose but it is pleasant enough. Dusty and fruity flavour with plenty of apple and grape. Very very slight sourness creeps over the palate fro the dry finish. A pleasant drinkable young lambic. joss (3630), Garching b.
