Aug 25, 2004 [Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm] A hazy orange beer with a small orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of strawberries. The flavor is flat (as it is supposed to be) and fruity with notes of strawberries. Where is the sourness?

May 28, 2004 Sampled draught at Akkurat, Stockholm.
Cloudy amber, small head. Fruity barnyard aroma. Dry and cheesy with filling, firm mouthfeel. Notes of cobwebs and cheese, as well as some apples in the finish. Not very acidic.

Apr 25, 2007 A Mes rate:
Straight from the barrel at Boon during the Toer de Geuze. Milky, cloudy apple juice appearance, looks like a tasty fruit juice. Mellow almost none existent nose but it is pleasant enough. Dusty and fruity flavour with plenty of apple and grape. Very very slight sourness creeps over the palate fro the dry finish. A pleasant drinkable young lambic.
