Cloudy amber, small head. Fruity barnyard aroma. Dry and cheesy with filling, firm mouthfeel. Notes of cobwebs and cheese, as well as some apples in the finish. Not very acidic.

Sep 13, 2009 Draft @ Boon. Pours a slightly cloudy orange color with no head. Has a fruity slightly tart aroma with some hints of oak. Fruity slightly tart bitter flavor with some hints of grapefruit. Has a fruity tart bitter grapefruit finish.

Apr 25, 2007 A Mes rate:
Straight from the barrel at Boon during the Toer de Geuze. Milky, cloudy apple juice appearance, looks like a tasty fruit juice. Mellow almost none existent nose but it is pleasant enough. Dusty and fruity flavour with plenty of apple and grape. Very very slight sourness creeps over the palate fro the dry finish. A pleasant drinkable young lambic.
