~Pours a light candy red color with small lasting pink head. ~Strong cherry candy aroma, very sweet. Kind of smells like cherry cough drops. ~Flavor is pretty nice, not as sweet as the scent suggest. Cherry definetly present, but also some grains like wheat. ~Feels soft and light. Finish is cherry sweet. ~My first lambic. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I don’t care too much for this. It is too candy like for me. I will drink it though, very slowly.

I had the 2006 version. A hazy dark red beer, with a rose creamy head, with big bubbles. The aroma of strong cerries, with some sweetness and sour. The taste of course fruits/cherries, some sweet and in the back some sourness. I think a very nice kriek.

375ml Bottle (Õllesummer 2008,Tallinn) . Dark red in colour with a pink head. Fruity and slightly tart aroma with the cherry dominating along with some almonds. Fairly sweet taste with a mild tart element. Sweet but still one to take seriously.

Bottle: Pours a very nice looking cloudy purple with a purplish head. Nice appearance. Sweet aroma. Has some candied cherries and honey glazed almonds, along with a papery oxidized note. Body is crisp and fairly light. Has a natural cherry presence, pleasantly sweet. Has some dust and musty notes of oxidation, along with a papery note. Touch of marzipan in the sweetness with a finish of candied almond. A very simple Lambic, but very tasty and easy to finish the bottle quickly.
