Aroma of sour wild fermentation and of course cherry, but in a natrual not completly dominating way. The cherry flavor is nicely balanced in this one, lots of sour notes are detected and an ok tartness. Not too sugery either. Good one MMortier (11), Ghent, Belgium

Beautiful deep magenta red appearance with a pinkish head. Aroma is cherries, sharp and a little bit woody, each sniff washed with a small wave of acidity.
Tastes like lemonade, everything really numbed out by the sugar. Becomes very watery after drinking this a while, the inferior carbonation not helping this. Couldn’t half finish the 375ml bottle. I honestly have a hard time figuring out anything else to say about this beer.
I don’t even think this is a good one for your first fruit lambic, it is just too sweet and watery for the style. emacgee (1888), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA

Dark clear red body with somewhat reddish head. Aroma of cherry, flavor cherry with lambic feeling in the background. High carbonation on the palate of course. Not my type of beer I don’t like those fruit things but definitely not bad. Jmichael (633), Asheville, North Carolina, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 12, 2007 12 oz. bottle. The aroma is dark ripe cherry; not sweet, but not sour. Just fresh. The color is a hazy reddish color. Unique. The off-white head quickly filmed. Medium bodied with creamy carbonation. The flavor is cherry, with underlying yogurt sort of sour. It is very like a good cherry yogurt - fat free of course. The finish is dry, a tad tart, and a very slight bit astringent. Makes the mouth pucker a bit. Just excellent.
