Oh, I like thisone so much, that I can drink it for hours. Good balance between sweet and sour, but indeed this beer is at most sweet.

Nov 1, 2006 Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is dark ruby. Aroma is cherry. Taste is cherry and quite acidic. Bitter finish.

Oct 25, 2006 Bottle at home. 2004 vintage. This is a very tasty lambic with nice cork. Strong taste of cherry, not sour. Very clean aftertaste. A nice beer.

Oct 9, 2006 Very sweet, a bit like cherry cordial. I wonder if there was anything wrong with the bottle, because had almost zero sourness. As intense as the cherry is to begin, it disappears quite quickly - almost anyway... the faint taste that lingers is exceedingly pleasant.

Sep 25, 2006 Draft at Moeder Lambic. Cloudy dark-red, quickly diminishing pink head. Cherry, oak and some raspberries flavours. Way too sweet for me. Bottle menu at Moeder was too extensive so I had this one on tap while making my selection. That will teach me to be impatient.
