Draugt. Red with nice, white head. Sourish, cherry aroma. Flavour is sweet cherry with only a slight sourness.

On tap at Ølbaren. Pours golden pinkish with a large head. A little bit sour but mainly cherry sweetness in flavour. Nice palete though.

sweet cherry aroma, very nice. Pours a cloudy red, thin head. Sweet cherries up front, loaded sour finish. Not too bad but this style is not really my bag.

Bottle at t’ Brugs Beertje. 25/05/06. My 2nd kriek at this fine establishment. Cherry was not as bitter on the aroma which made it seem fresher. A little bit heavier in the mouth than girardin but still a medium body.

Brick red, blood red, hazy, with a dense pink cap. Cherry candy aroma, but the flavour is much more natural-fruit, with a sour tartness in the finish that keeps this from becoming cloying. Nice for the style.

Bottle from BelgianShop.com. Pours deep red, like a blood-soaked Valentine. Aroma is a cherry milkshake. Flavor is dull cherry thuds, with a berry finish. Seems a bit thin on the tongue. Good lambic.

Corked bottle - 2004 date. Deep, dark red with distinct haze - as per style. Sour cherry notes in nose along with a toasted breadiness - complex and inviting. Medium sourness up front and dark fruity cherry backs it up. I would like more sour but better than most locally available krieks. Horseblanket notes just there - could be bigger. Head is thin, lingers on but just as a skiff. Med-lite body. Ends with lingering sour dark cherry.
