Poured a brown color with a pink tint and light pink head. Aroma has light cherry and funk mixed together.. Very sweet cherry flavor with moderate acidity and tartness.

Bottle. Thick clear ruby brew with a pink head. More cherries in the nose then the taste. Bitter after taste.

08.19.05 375ml bottle, corked, dated best before 07.09.2006, L2260, Z21. Dark and wine-like magenta appearance, murky and dull; small but dense pinkish beige head. Aroma is musty cherries, brown bag, very sweet. Not so sweet flavor, but lots of fruit. Lingering sweetness after the swallow. Thinks about being tart, but more of an acidic sweet-tart much like fresh cherries. Some woody driness tries to sneak in, but never makes it. For the price, I hoped for more.

Smelled like cherries, looked brownish red. Tasted sweeter than the Boon Framboise, did have a bit of oakiness to it which was nice.

Nice color, a lot of mature cherries in the tast, not so much acid, more of a sweet fruity taste, a bit too sweet for me.

12oz corked bottle. Pours a clear red color with a thick pink head. Sweet cherry aroma reminds me of cherry soda. Flavor was not as sweet as expected. Same cherry soda in the flavor, but not in a bad way. A bit tart on the finish. Very drinkable.

Bottled. Very thick looking red beer with a steady head. The aroma is lightly cherry and the flavour is light and quite sour. Overall a reasonable lambic.

Dark red with a small pink foam. Strong, sweet natural aroma of black cherries. . Sugary but still natural flavour of cherries and brown sugar. Sweet aftertaste. Too sweet for me.
