Bottled. 2003 oogst. Sour cherry aroma with pretty evident gueze-like corky notes. Lightly to medium tart with a medium sweetness. Woody, corky flavours. Dries out on the tongue. Nice one. Not too much sweetness.

Nice musky cherry lambic. A simple rendition of the style and an accessible introduction to the world of sour beers. I like it as one of my favorite fruit beers.

Ooh! A cloudy reddish color that makes me think of strawberry soda. Cherry taste. Kinda tarty and fizzy.

Pours a hazy red with a pink foam head. Tart barnyard cherry aroma. Sweet and musky cherry flavor. A bit watery. Somewhat one dimensional, but still had a nice, real cherry flavor.

Bottle (cork exploded quite violently spilling almost half of bottle onto kitchen counter). Cherry-brown in colour with a lasting large pink coloured head. Aroma of sour cherries, candy and coins. The flavour was lacking the sourness of the aroma, mostly sugar coated cherries and a small tartness was all that was left. Medium-light body, violent carbonation. Finishes a bit on the sweet side with some lingering cherries.

aroma of wet socks and cherries. cloudy red/brown, slight head. the flavor was quite sour, with very little hint of the fruit in the nose. not one of my better lambic experiences.
