| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Mar 19, 2005 Bottle. Reddish pink in color with a slight pink tinged head. Some lacing. Aroma is reminiscent of Ludens cherry cough drops. Little hints of tart/sour poke through in the nose also. Thin and watery palate is disappointing. Flavors of cherry, slight bits of sour/tart. Moderately acidic and only slightly drying. A bit of a let down. sethdude (604), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 4, 2005 Pours a nice hazy ruby, thin white head, thin lacing. Aroma is cherries, butter, honey. Flavor is malty and toffee-ish, then sour and swett, lots of cherries, a mild dry finish. Pretty good. TBone (6850), Pori, Finland
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 27, 2005 Bottled, corked 375ml, 2002 vintage, alc. 4.5% (BB 09/2007)
Hazy deep cherry red, small creamy red head, some lace. Cherry and vinegar aroma, slightly metallic. Sour and tart cherry taste. Very dry, not sugary at all, so propably sweetness folds out when this is a bit aged. Some earthy notes too. Palate is actually quite watery, should have "more taste". Anyhow well-balanced lambic. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 16, 2005 Aroma of sour bing cherries surrounded by some barnyard funk. Cherry red body, pink head, medium carbonation. Taste is sour/tart with a thin vinegar presence and then it all gets dry and woody at the finish. Very nice. kwik-lime (226), London, England
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 16, 2005 Strong and pleasant cherry aroma. Poors deep red with small head. The fruit dominates the flavour, which lightly sour. Not very complex or indeed strong, but still a pleasant enough beer. jtw (944), farmington, Michigan, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 10, 2005 bottle dated january 21, 2003. perhaps too old, but the aroma is of cherry, mud, clay, and a touch of acid. startlingly sweet which belies the aroma, i didn’t expect such a sweet kriek. perhaps the age has mellowed this brew a bit, but it tastes rather dull and sweet. not enough happening to make it a worthwhile lambic. eleusis (70), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 7, 2005 lacks complexity in flavor, though the aroma has it. Tastes good, but too sweet and there are better krieks for price
