Just a bit too tart but not over the top, had a nice fruity mellow sweetness to it, but some very nice fruit flavors. JohnC (2286), Mission Viejo, California, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 17, 2004 Bottled. 2002 crop. A deep red coloured lambic with a thick cream coloured head. The aroma is of plump cherries and fizzy alcohol. The taste is quite sweet and obviously there are cherries, both the taste of the stones and the pulp. It is a tasty beer but one dimensional in comparison to other Lambic - Fruits. HopsOrDie (687), New Lenox, Illinois, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Sep 8, 2004 Well carbonated and dark red in appearance. The head does not last after the pour. Slightly tart and sweet at the same time. Dark cherry flavor with a slight medicinal tinge. Spiesy (2333), Global Citizen, Greater London, England

Strawberry jam and confectionary preserve aroma. Just too fruity for my liking but I do appreciate the amount of flavour squeezed into this little bottle. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 2, 2004 Rose-colored body with mild carbonation (especially for a lambic) and thin sudsy pink head. Aroma of cherry, yeast, spice, and mild brett. Ripe black cherry and oaky flavor. Considerable sweetness and very low acidity. Syrupy quality. Oakiness helps it to finish drier than expected. Tasty, but not my idea of a lambic.
