Jun 24, 2009 Bloody colour. Vinegary nose with cherry pits. Some wood on the palate but also prune, apricot and other indeterminate fruits. Starts tart but moves to a more alkali finish with vinegar.

Jun 19, 2009 @WSF. Great deep garnet purple and flat. Aroma is a bit of paint thinner but the fruit comes through in an organic, natural fermentation aroma. Flat, silky palate. Flavors are medicinal but good. Lots of natural maraschino cherry. Unique and nice.
