Hazy cherry red, no head and minimal condition. Slightly syrupy cherry and low lambic notes in the nose, delicate dry cherry skin and low citric levels in the finish.

Vineous aroma, quite tannic and fruity (plum) and then some soft funk and acid. Delecate flavour, a bit more wine-like fruity notes and tannin, perhaps some earthy notes too... fantastic balance and complexity, the tartness is a little restrained, revealing a lot more in the beer than some of the other lambics tasted at the WOSF 07’
