Draft. Dark ruby color to almost purple. Nose is sour cherry, red wine, wet leather and light barnyard. Taste is sour black cherries, light damp leathery notes, red wine flavors, faint notes of cherry cough drops, and mild barnyard tang. Body is tart and acidic with a lingering sourness. Finishes with more sour cherries, tart fruits, more red wine notes, and light sweat. Another nice pickup from Grote Dorst!

Sampled from draught at De Nacht van de Grote Dorst 2006.
Strange milky purple colored, small head. Cherry aroma, rather sweet, nice and full. Thick cherry flavor almost candied, sweet with a sour note. Nice, not among the best kl, but definately very drinkable.

Draught @ Grote Dorst 2006: Red coloured. Small reddish head. Aroma of cherries, marcipan, sweetness and some tartness. Flavour is diominated by the berries, but is kept in hand by a light acidic sourness. Is salty and acidic in the end. Medium bodied.

Draught, Café De Geus, Enschede. Cherry and cherry pits in the strong aroma. Not too sweet, with a firm cherry flavor. Real cherries, as far as I can taste. A bit of sourness that balances well with the fruity sweetness. Cherry sweets aftertaste, a bit sticky with hints of cinnamon. Certainly not bad.

Draught (handpumped) at Akkurat. Amazing colour. Deep unclear dark red. Light, fresh and sour. Very juicy and natural.

Draught, Lembeek, De Kring, May 2005. Head is initially average sized, frothy, pink, mostly diminishing. Body is dark red. Aroma is lightly yeasty (barnyard), with a strong note of cherry. Flavor is heavily sweet, heavily acidic. Finish is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Very sweet and fruity, not how I like fruit lambics. Overwhelming cherry aroma. Couldn’t quite finish my glass.

Draught Deep red body, no head. Nose of cherries, red wine, cask wood. Light sweet flavour. Flat carbonation. It doesn’t shock anyone, neither astonishes anyone.

(sampled draught at Akkurat, Stockholm) Hazy ruby red, no foam. Sweet aroma of black cherries, almond and vanilla. Smooth fruity flavour of vanilla and cherries, hints of wet grass. Light tart finish.
