| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 31, 2005 Draught, Café De Geus, Enschede. Cherry and cherry pits in the strong aroma. Not too sweet, with a firm cherry flavor. Real cherries, as far as I can taste. A bit of sourness that balances well with the fruity sweetness. Cherry sweets aftertaste, a bit sticky with hints of cinnamon. Certainly not bad. Hildigöltur (5109), København, Denmark

Finish is moderately sweet, moderately acidic.
Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation.
Very sweet and fruity, not how I like fruit lambics. Overwhelming cherry aroma. Couldn’t quite finish my glass. diabel (1372), Aarschot, Belgium
