A hefty, yet refined aroma of wheat, citrus, dirty, funky cellar and fruit. The flavour is dry and compex with heaps of citric and lime notes. Notes of earth, hay and pinot gris follows. Ends dry and sour. A fine beer! hallinghansen (276), Odense SV, Denmark

Clear golden, light orange with a thin frothy sticky white head. Aroma is lightly acidic, big must, cheese funk that dulls the acidity, some vinegar tails behind. The taste is a dry acidity, lemon, citrus fruits, a bit of funk and over nice souring but not at all overpowering. Gualthiero (35), Antwerp, Belgium

The flavor is dry white cheese, dried fruits, some lemon, farmy funk, and a little bit of earthy bitterness. A refreshing sourness embraces the entire mouth. Quite a tasty one, this.
