Bottle: Lively/sparkling hazy golden pour with a thick creamy white head. Musty earthy aroma. Has some barnyard, hay, compost, horse blanket, lemon peel, leather; nice and complex. Creamy and pillowy feel. Flavor has some leather, oak, mineral character, flowery notes, lemon peel, lavender, white pepper and a very brief sweet note. Has lots of late spiciness and oak notes. Has a substantial body for the style, and is extremely complex. Great!

375 ml bottle. (best by 2025). Poured hazy yellow in color with a thin white head. Aroma is tart, funky, a bit of lemongrass, and earthy. Tastes is of medium tart with brett, lime citrus, earthy and finishes dry. Level of acidity is pretty high.

Color is hazy amber. White is big bubbly and quick vanishing. Aroma is fruity: apples, strawberry and cherry. Aroma is also very dry, tart, sour and acidic but still some sweetness can be observed. Flavor is very dry, sour and tart with extremely acidic finishing. Medium-bodied and soft carbonated palate.

Pours a darker, cloudy gold with minimal fizzy head. Nose is musty, but refined, with clear hints of crisp pear, citrusy, and barnyardy. Very well balanced on the palate, tart without being overwhelming, mild body and warmth, finishing grassy and earthy. A lovely gueuze.

Hazy gold, white head with excellent retention and lacing. Aroma is grassy, lemon zest, funk, and some nice sourness. Taste is sour and inviting. There are some nice funky flavors going on, but this bottle has a little bit of a metallic finish, causing me to lower the score. High carbonation and light body, bone dry finish. It’s really good stuff, but the metallicness in this bottle lowers the score; if future bottles don’t have the metallic finish, my score will be higher.

A hazy golden colored beer, with a big beige head, which disappears quickly. The aroma is sour with notes of oak. It’s also sweet/sour of citrus. The bubling is like champagne. The taste is woody and sour. The sweet/sour of lemon, citrus and grapefruit. It has a dry, smooth flavor and a little bitter aftertaste. It’s great to enjoy from these kinds of beer.

Cloudy orangish yellow colored. Moderate to large head, good lacing and retention. Aroma is barnyard action, cheese, funk, grass, a little bit of malt sweetness. Medium bodied, moderate acidity, fairly dry. Nice

Clear golden color with a big foamy white head. Smell is super tart, yeast, fruity, acidic, and a little hay like. Taste is yeasty, tart, and a dry lasting sourness.
