Aroma is distinctly dandelions: not just the bright yellow smell of the blossoms, but also the bitter quinnine bite of the leaves. A nice cold brine touch. Lightly tart blended with earthy dry bitterness. Light palate, very refreshing. A beautiful and distinctive geuze. PhillyBeer2112 (2089), Orange Park, Florida, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 24, 2008 Best by 2025 bottle. Nice one. Good funky aromas of soured malts and brine with a horseblanket and damp straw funk to boot. Flavor is plenty sour, only mildly acetic, so it has a very refreshing "clean" type of tartness. Mild funk in the flavor, somewhat horsey and leathery. Dry finish. Nice carbonation, yellow/gold lightly cloudy with a big foamy head. doubleo (1121), San Diego, California, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 22, 2008 Bottle. My first Geuze ever. Pours orange/yellow with a fizzy white head that hangs around the edges. Smells funky and sour, a little burnt plastic in there as well. Tastes dry and sour with some citrus and hay flavors. Very dry, medium body. Vibrant, almost over carbonated. Jukkabro (3033), Tampere, Finland
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 21, 2008 (2003) Light brown colored, cloudy appearance. Little yellow head. Geuze aroma with dry fruits and sour lemon. Medium bodied. Flavor is also good for it’s style: dryness dominates with hints of fruity lemon. Nothing special to say, ok lambic then. | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 16, 2008 Clear to hazy amber color with a small white head. Dry aroma of oranges. Extremely dry and lovely flavor; citric and tart. Starts off with a very citric dry taste but as the drink evolves during the experience it becomes more soft and almost has a "champagnesque" feeling to it. Bitter palate. cmillward (434), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 14, 2008 Bottle. Poured orange with a surprising amount of initial white fizz, though the head settled down quickly and left nothing behind as it sat and warmed up. The nose on this was wonderful, tart like apple cider with some horsey brett notes. Flavors of the same, a funky tart and sour that fills the whole mouth. Dry and not sweet, occasional bubbles bursting in the mouth, couldn’t have told you this was 8% at all.
My first gueze, so I can’t put it line with others, but this was fantastic. wetherel (1637), Encinitas, California, USA

Strong carbonation easily pushes the cork out when the cage is removed. Initial skunky saaz hop aroma. Lots of farmhouse funk. I’m guessing it’s going to be very dry. Yellow color. Small bubble head that is small, but lingers because of continuous replenishing from the carbonation in the liquid. Really great to smell. Taste is dry and lightly sour. Easy to drink. Wonderful. 4.1-4.2...yeah, I’m crazy, but I like me sours. WeeHeavySD (3016), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 11, 2008 375 from Flaco Alto, I bought a bottle today and his arrived in the mail guessing its older can’t quite tell from the back. Pours orange with a off white head that faded nicely to a ring. Nose is big and sour and barnyard. The taste is sour, acidic and slightly furity. I was kind of expecting more here. I like this but it is not my favorite gueze yet.
