2008-03-01. Amber body with a small white head that does not last. Medium aroma, musty-funky barnyard. Flavour has moderate sourness throughout, light ambiguous sour fruit, light grainy hay notes. Average to thin palate. Nice, moderately sour lambic, but there is not enough depth to keep my attention.

2-24-08 bottle shared at tasting.
Clear yellow pour with okay thin head. Sweet tart fruit smell. Sweet vinegar flavor. Easy to drink but weak and overly acidic. Just not a very good Gueuze.

375 ml bottle. Pours golden orange with a nice white head. The fragrance is somewhat woody with sulphur notes. Predominant taste for me is very tangy and a bit sour. Overall, enjoyable but not my style.

ZBF2008: From bottle. Pours golden orange/light brown, clear, and with a crispy and quickly disappearing white head. Acidic, light apple aroma. Flavour is dry, yet quite smooth. Light woody and a mild sulphorish note. Ends dry.

Poured pale, cloudy yellow, with a fomay white head. Armoa is sour, wet wool. Flavor is lemon zest, yeast and wood. Finish is dry and refreshing, bitter aftertaste, with a hint of alcohol. Slightly fizzy mouthfeel.

listed as marrage parfait lambic, this is the only boon that matches the color so i guess this is it :) very funky aroma, I drank two glasses of this trying to figure out the taste and if I liked it or not (guess I did). Sour/tartness was very mild and dry, but I couldnt pinpoint many outstanding flavors

Bottle. Slightly cloudy golden color with some thin white head. Acidic and tart aroma, funk component is secondary. Some mild sweetness comes through after warming a bit. Nice palate - effervescent but not overboard. Taste is slightly funky and dry. The tartness is pretty mild considering the aroma. Some peppery notes in there also. Almost tastes bland compared to other gueuzes, but after sipping it gains some character due to its drinkability.

Pale yellowish, watery honey like pour with a small offwhite head. Smell is fruity and funky. Sharp bubbly mouthfeel that is a bit too carbonated actually. Taste is tart, acidic, and bland with no sweetness. Nothing appealing to me. Couldn’t finish my sample size.
