Clear, straw colored body with a frothy white head. Musty, barnyard aroma with some green apple. Very dry up front, with some major oak notes and tartness that resembles granny smith apples. Light acidic vineagar note before the dry, woody finish.

Has a musty, citrus, acidic aroma. Golden blonde with a white head, and champagne bubbles. Musty, earthy, some lemon, and sour flavor, with a dry finish.

Pours golden with frothy white head that wafts around tthe glass. Nose is bitter and sour with hints of alcohol. Flavor is bold and fruity with some ass kicking sourness. Crisp and refreshing, bottoms up sucka’!

Bottle: Golden, slightly dirty and cloudy, large white frothy head, fairly nice lacing, very strong carbonation.   Tart floral nose, wheaty, smells fantastic.   Moderately tart up front, quite dry, long lingering wheaty sourness, woody.   Fairly clean, slight citrus sweetness on the exit that includes a little bit of rind, remains fairly woody.   Big in body, nice airy/bubbley mouthfeel.   Very enjoyable.

Clear effervescent gold with a large white head. Sour apples, cider like aroma. Strong tart fruity flavour, nicely sour with noticable alcohol in the finish. Some background barnyardyness. Champagne like, but of course much better. Very good.

Thanks to Eyedrinkale for bringing and sharing this.

Not sure of the vintage, but definitely an old bottle, likely by several years. Poured an effervescent golden with a white head. Tart farmhouse aroma. Taste is horse blanket and lots of dry toffee; not a whole lot of sourness to this one. Definite dusty character as well. Very drinkable lambic.

375ml bottle from Pitfield Beer Shop. Hazy gold colour with thin white head. Sourness is evident with lemon and grapefruit and a bit farmyardy. Some nice citric hop. Alcohol gives the sourness balance in mouth, but doesn’t suffer from any burn. Finish has some sourness and dryness. Good lemon and grapefruit finish. Enjoyable
