Tart floral nose, wheaty, smells fantastic. Moderately tart up front, quite dry, long lingering wheaty sourness, woody. Fairly clean, slight citrus sweetness on the exit that includes a little bit of rind, remains fairly woody. Big in body, nice airy/bubbley mouthfeel. Very enjoyable.

Not sure of the vintage, but definitely an old bottle, likely by several years. Poured an effervescent golden with a white head. Tart farmhouse aroma. Taste is horse blanket and lots of dry toffee; not a whole lot of sourness to this one. Definite dusty character as well. Very drinkable lambic. harrisoni (6800), Ashford, Kent, England
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 31, 2005 375ml bottle from Pitfield Beer Shop. Hazy gold colour with thin white head. Sourness is evident with lemon and grapefruit and a bit farmyardy. Some nice citric hop. Alcohol gives the sourness balance in mouth, but doesn’t suffer from any burn. Finish has some sourness and dryness. Good lemon and grapefruit finish. Enjoyable
