Bottle. Not sure what year, it has been in my house for a year already. Pours out a golden color with a little bit of a white head on it. Smell has some lemons and a little bit of oak flavor. It was not as sour tasting as I thought it should be; and it had a little bit more sweetness than I am used to in a lambic. It was still a good beer, interesting and unique, but not my favorite guezue by any means.

Bottle. Hazy golden with white head. Sour as a real geuze and quite nice if you like this type of beer. Earthly tones, and horse blanket.

375 ml. into sniffer. Sparkling slightly hazy yellow pour with a huge white head. Aroma is strikingly similar to a champagne or white wine, dominated by hints of slightly sour white grapes and soft alcohol. Very very tart flavor that is also very similar to a champagne but with a much much much more funky sour finish. This is my first real geuze, and the style is very unique. It is soft and tingly on the palate like a champagne with very active carbonation. Overall: If you want to have a rounded brew experience, you must try genuine lambics because they are very unlike anything else out there. I am not sure I really have a taste for this style yet, but it was at least something new and refreshing.

Bottle: Lively/sparkling hazy golden pour with a thick creamy white head. Musty earthy aroma. Has some barnyard, hay, compost, horse blanket, lemon peel, leather; nice and complex. Creamy and pillowy feel. Flavor has some leather, oak, mineral character, flowery notes, lemon peel, lavender, white pepper and a very brief sweet note. Has lots of late spiciness and oak notes. Has a substantial body for the style, and is extremely complex. Great!

375 ml bottle. (best by 2025). Poured hazy yellow in color with a thin white head. Aroma is tart, funky, a bit of lemongrass, and earthy. Tastes is of medium tart with brett, lime citrus, earthy and finishes dry. Level of acidity is pretty high.

Color is hazy amber. White is big bubbly and quick vanishing. Aroma is fruity: apples, strawberry and cherry. Aroma is also very dry, tart, sour and acidic but still some sweetness can be observed. Flavor is very dry, sour and tart with extremely acidic finishing. Mediu-bodied and soft carbonated palate.
