Overfermented fruits, bananas and sourness in the aroma. Same elements can be found in flavour, fermented fruits, strong suorness, dry and long aftertaste. Quite easy and refreshning to drink. For me this style is quite strange and sourness surprisess, still this taste better and better. Maybe I will correct the points later. daknole (3000), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA

Aroma is also a bit sweeter with lots of funk, honey, definitely on the sweeter side. This is still a bit of a mess, so much residual sugar, quite funky though, finishing oddly bitter and tannic. Sharp fizzy soda pop carbonation. eManu (205), Brussels, Belgium

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 25, 2009 Small bottle 2005-2006. Poured in an cantillon flute. The body is moisty corn yellow with an impressive white head that fades quickly though - Seems to be pretty hard carbonated. The nose is pretty acidic with notes of vinegar, apples and sour green grapes. The taste is a bitter sweet symphony with some nutty notes like almonds and a mild but kinda strange grapfruity finish. The mouthfeel is light to medium with the caracteristic butter touch.
