Murky, brownish-red ale with a mid-sized, frothy, pink-tinted head. Excellent retention. Acidic, funky nose with bushels of sweet & sour cherries, horse blanket and mild barnyard. Sour flavor with distinguished cherries and lots of fruity, pungent goodness. Medium-bodied with an astingent mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Mid-length, sour, lightly bitter finish. Kudos to boboski for providing this one! reakt (938), Greater London, England

Lovely sour cherry nose with pastry hints - simply, it smells like cherry pie. Earthy cherry taste with hints of yeast. Quite toned down and not tart at all until the last pour - somehow the sediment gives it a sour note. Salty finish. Medium body. thebeertourist (2822), Oslo, Norway

Highly complex lambiek nose with cheese notes as well as cherries. Sour cherries, some yoghurt, lemony lambiek as well as cheese before a moderately dry finish. Fizzy. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 7, 2007 Fizzy head on a cloudy, pinkish-brown beer. Smells very yeasty, sour, woody and musty with a bit of unripe wild cherry. Very woody, dry, somewhat metallic flavour. A pronounced used Band-Aid quality to it, which although isn’t pleasant, seems traditional. The driest lambic I’ve ever tried (Boon-dry?). Short, highly sour finish and a full body. Very interesting, exotic, and not sure it’s what I’m into...but I’m glad I tried it. Fukito (604), Buenos Aires, Argentina

Sour, but mild flavor. Vinegary with a touch of honey and some fresh fruit acidity with a salty ending. Medium to light MF with a flavor packed palate. Begins sour, follows fruity and ends with a salty refreshing feeling. Extremely refreshing. Appareance is a rich, deep, red color with a long lasting rosé head. A very weel crafted, complex, sipping sour-cherry beer. larsniclas (3391), Gothenburg, Sweden

Deep red with a frothy, pink head.
Ratger sour aroma with nice cherryseed-notes.
Rather short flavour. Dissapointingly thin actually. Pretty sour and pleasant cherry-falvour though. Rballs01 (264), Mountain Lakes, New Jersey, USA

It smelled of tart cherries and bitter berries. The flavor was complex and tart on the tounge. Very refreshing and light. Amazing flavor and perfectly balanced.
